The International Court has managed to sidestep politics and NGO pressure to hand down a decision regarding Israel that is based on international law. The court decided that “Palestine” is not a nation and does not have the right to bring complaints against Israel from “Operation Cast Lead” to the court. Only actual countries who have signed the Rome Accords of 1998 which established the ICC, are eligible to bring complaints before the ICC.
The terrorist groups which make up the fabrication called “Palestine” cannot bring charges against Israel at the ICC.
